Delivery Areas

We deliver across Lebanon. Delivery availability may vary for remote areas.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

During high-demand periods (sales, holidays), processing may take a bit longer.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after processing:

Beirut / Greater Beirut: 1–3 business days

Outside Beirut: 2–5 business days

Shipping Fees

Standard delivery fee: $4 on orders below $50

Free delivery on orders above $50 

Large items delivery fee: $6 on big boxes

Cash on Delivery 

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct so the courier can reach you.

Same-Day / Express Delivery $5 subject to availability via WhatsApp

Order Tracking

Check with WhatsApp to track your order.

Incorrect Address / Unreachable Customer

If the provided address or phone number is incorrect, or the customer is unreachable, delivery may be delayed.

If the order is returned to us due to failed delivery, a redelivery fee may apply.

Failed Delivery / Refused Orders

If an order is refused upon delivery or repeatedly not accepted, we may require prepayment for future orders.

Damaged Packages

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please:

1. Take a photo/video before opening, and

2. Contact us within 24 hours on WhatsApp.
